Charmaine Sheh

Charmaine Sheh Sze-man atau yang lebih dikenal dengan nama Charmaine Sheh adalah seorang artis asal Hong Kong yang namanya terkenal karena muncul dalam beberapa judul drama TVB.

KARIR

Sheh mulai berabung dengan TVB pada tahun 1998, setelah dia menjadi runner-up Miss Hong Kong Pageant. Pada awal karirnya, Sheh dikenal sebagai seorang artis yang agak pemalu tapi memiliki suara yang melengking. Begitu banyak kritik yang diterimanya. Tapi Sheh dapat mengatasi semua itu dengan memberikan penampilan terbaiknya dalam film RETURN OF THE COCKOO tahun 2000. Di film tersebut, dia beradu akting dengan Nancy Sit, Julian Cheung, dan Steven Ma. Sejak saat itu, Sheh menjadi artis yang terkenal, diakui kemampuannya, dan dihormati di Hong Kong.

Tahun 2006, Sheh menjadi artis TVB pertama yang memenangkan dua penghargaan besar di TVB Anniversary Award sebagai Artis Terbaik dan sebagai Karakter Perempuan Favorit atas aktingnya dalam MAIDEN’S VOW. Dia juga menang sebagai satu diantara empat artis paling top: Ruby Lin, Zha Wei, dan Liu Yifei. Dia juga menjadi satu-satunya artis TVB yang masuk dalam semi-final sebagai artis terbaik di ulang tahun ke 35 International Emmy Award tahun 2007.
